Best razor cutter design I have found.

I have replaced the blades for this razor several times in the past using Norelco replacement blades and they were always an improvement compared to the older blades they replaced. Now that Norelco no longer makes replacement blades for this razor, I purchased these no-name blades and they were terrible. They pulled hairs and didn't give a close shave.

I've had these for over a month now and no issues at all.Good alternative to the official ones, if you can get the official ones.

My husband's shaver needed new blades, and these were easy to install, and he is very happy! So much cheaper than buying a new shaver. No more scruffy nubs!

The blades do not cut my beard without a lot of effort on my part. they seem to be dull or not sharp.

Norelco no longer makes replacement blades HQ9 for their old razors. I love my 8250 so decided to try these to replace the old blades that are over 5 years old.These blades look ok and install in the razor fine but they do not cut your beard at all. My old blades are way way better than these.Waste of money and best to buy a new razor when your old blades wear out.

My old razor was becoming awkward, new blades and it shines again. No idea how long they will last or stay sharp since these are not OEM.

I bought new blades because my old ones hadn't been replaced since before the pandemic and were losing a bit of their edge. I wish I hadn't thrown those old ones out, as these new blades don't shave as well as the old worn ones. I have to go over every inch of my face many times more than the old ones, and still don't get as close a shave. I give it two stars (instead of just one) because they haven't caused any injury, but they just don't shave very well. Very disappointing.

Estas cuchillas son un buen reemplazo para el HQ8 Original de Philips Norelco Lift & Cut, que ya son obsoletas. En mi experiencia personal este reemplazo funciona muy bien con mi rasuradora 7340XL inclusive mejor que las originales, ya que si bien me toma 2 minutos más el rasurarme por las mañanas para llegar al close cut, obtengo buenos resultados sin la irritación que tenía con las lift & cut originales. Al instalar este recambio no olvides lubricar cada cabeza con una gota de aceite mientas trabajan por 10 segundos. Al principio tienden a jalar un poco la barba (de dos días). Pero una vez que se asientan las cuchillas y las rejillas se hace muy cómodo el rasurado. El usar loción prerasurado eléctrico aumenta la comodidad y mantiene lubricadas las cuchillas. A mi me funcionan muy bien. Muchas Gracias.
