Great Charging Cable
I lost my original charging cable to recharge the "Garmin Nuvi 2797. When I received this cable I thought it didn't fit, but I noticed there are two connectors on the back...........one on the bottom edge next to the memory card is for this external charging port. The other, if you have the GPS add on, is the connecting plug for in car use. The two connectors are different sizes. This cable fits the bottom edge connector only for charging while in your house.

Doesn't work, at all
Advertised to work with my Nuvi 2797 but immediately get the message on screen "The attached power cable cannot charge your device. Use the cable that was provided with your device."
