So I bought this for my daughter‘s birthday. She turned 17. And she was always complaining when we take long rides or anything like that and that she doesn’t have a comfortable neck pillow. Well, you must know her other siblings are jealous. Because they are like we need one as well. This was so worth the funds. She loves it. She loves it. She loves it. Get it. It makes life and car rides so much easier. It’s durable, the memory foam is so comfortable, gives so much support, and the sleep quality is phenomenal.

I jest got this and they do say wait 24 hrs before using to let it expand all the way, it comes vacuumed sealed and needs to expand. But I'll tell you now I jest don't like the way it feels and sits around my neck. I'll try it again in 24 hours but I don't think this type of pillow is not for me. If I change m y mind in 24 hrs I'll let you know. I don't think I'll be sending it back, I don't think I'm strong enough to squeeze it back into the nylon bag it came in. But not a total loss, I can use the bag for the wipes for my glasses instead of keeping them in the box they came in. Look at the bright side and things will always be better. Now I'm going to eat my Bumblebee canned salmon that I like, tast soo good!!!

I used this pillow on a 20 hrs flight where I was on the end of the aisle, and it worked well. It did not lose shape and it was comfortable. It is bulky and can be challenging to put back in the bag, but it was a good fit for me. No neck pain either. I recommend it.

Used this pillow on a train 13 hour train ride. I bought it based on other customer reviews stating that is is very comfortable and offers good support. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, flexible and the contoured shape offered good neck support. However, since my head tends to fall forward when I sleep it did not help much. I did use it in opposite position but that was not comfortable. I'm pleased that the pillow comes in a travel bag which makes it easier to travel around with. You can just roll it up after use, put it back it's bag and then safely tucked away in your carry-on bag. It also comes in a zippered removable cover which allows for washing which is plus. The drawstring can be adjusted to fit the size of your neck. I'm someone who has difficulty sleeping when travelling so everything has to be just about right. Even though it did not work for me, I would still recommend this item.

Returned because it didn't support the neck much. Maybe the foam is too soft, but there is no support on the side of the neck when falling asleep.
