I've been through my fair share of these massagers but this baby here is by far the best. I will most likely buy an additional one or at least one just like it. The only draw back I found with it is I wish it wasn't so bulky and slightly heavy, other than that it's wonderful.

You can only use it for 15 minutes before it overheats, but works well.

Let's start with the fact that I have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. The first thing i noticed is this does not give a shiatzu massage. The toe and heal are a round plate with bumps on top of them that spin in a circle. The middle of the foot has a higher piece that spins. According to how you place your foot you will get a massage on parts, but not the entire foot. The spinners really don't seem to do much except agitate the bottom of my feet. I can not get a deep massage where I need it. The heat when added gets too hot for me.I bought this to have a light weight massager that I could take with me on trips. But I feel like it is a complete waste.
