An Interesting Alternative to Cut Root
I know this is advertised for horses, but it seems to do a fine job for me. I like valerian. It sends me nicely to sleep after a busy day, and usually gives me pleasant dreams. I usually buy cut root. Powdered gives it a different taste and a slimy residue that reminds me in its texture of soya yoghurt. It hasn't killed me yet, and I may buy more once this consignment has all been made into tea.I really am surprised that, in the gross police state that is modern England, I can still buy what is a powerful narcotic without jumping through a dozen hoops. But I'm not complaining.
