Works, but disappointing
Keeps hands lovely and warm, however ours only heats for just over 2 hours before needing a recharge. I have contacted company to see if this is normal/we need a replacement.Not ideal as I work outside for up to 6 hours a day. Fingers crossed we find out what is wrong/get another one

Best when kept switched on in pocket
Bottom line is: don't try to power it on out in the cold. Keep it in a well-insulated pocket, and pre-heat for a few mins on lowest setting. Only this way will it stay warm for when you need it.Apart from this limitation, I find it really great. This rechargable hand warmer doesn't come close to Zippo's refillable ones re. heat emission, but it does the job under lighter conditions with less of a hassle.
