Does the job, kind of fickle though.
It is an okay product. It is of nice quality, and good construction. I just seem to have a hard time getting every thing inline, for it to work. Unknown if it is the tool, or the operator?

Why so costly??
I was told I needed this or one like it for my AR to hold the upper open while cleaning. It IS very convenient to use but why does this cost so much? I thonk it is way over priced for the tool that it is. I could have made a cluged adapter ou of a hanger or other material for much less.

You don't need it.
I though I would need this to help clean my AR. Turns out I never use it and I agree with the other reviewer is that is overpriced for what you get. Skip this and get another box of ammo if you just want to spend some money.
