A great and easy read on Aokigahara Forest
A very well written and insightful book about Aokigahara forest, it's past history and reputation, and detailed descriptions of the beings people have seen still wandering the woods. An easy and good flowing read that addresses the topic of the Suicide Forest from many angles and cultural views.

Contemplation or suicide
When you are at a time in one's life when they feel depressed, do they carry on in life and forge ahead of take the low road and end it all? When one treks to the Aogoshiri Japanese forest in Japan, these are the questions they seek. This book explores the mystery of life or death choices and a few stories accompany the book.It is depressing but interesting the why or why not.

Seems like something someone just sat down and wrote in one ...
No references and several misspellings. Seems like something someone just sat down and wrote in one day. Not something I'd recommend.

Just Fair--I Was Hoping For More
I am very interested in learning more about the Aokigahara Forest, so was pleased that this book was available.First of all, it's VERY short. I wish that the author could have compiled more stories about the forest, either true accounts or fairy tales. It also could have used a good editor--some mis-spellings, poor grammar and awkward sentence structure could have been cleaned up.I feel like this book is a first draft of something that could have been much better. However, since there is so little information about this topic, it's better than nothing.

adequately-written book on a fascinating subject.
One of the few Kindle books on this subject. Not particularly well-written but a fascinating topic- creepy and haunting. Worth a read

Interesting topic, but book is poorly written
This was supposed to be a true crime book however it played off as more of a fictional horror story.

Worth reading
Really makes you question your own thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives on life, death, and suicide. Also, reading this felt frightening and refreshing at the same time, if you're into that sort of thing.

Four Stars
The substance of the book is interesting, however he numerous typographical errors were distracting.

A disappointment
Though some of the stories are interesting I had a hard time finishing it. It was full of typos and poorly written sentences. There clearly hasn't been any proof reading for this. I sadly cannot recommend it.
