It is used!
This item is not new! It is used! Imagine a new eco tank printer with ink already on its tank? Come on. Very bad.

I recieve the the printer.. The ink is open.. They already used the printer.. I want to return only now i check the printer very bad.. I need to send that to my kids please try..

Requires a specific USB Cable (Not provided)
Although the printer requires a specific USB Cable to install/Play, it is not provided in the box. This is a huge inconvenient for anyone buying this printer. You have to buy the cable seperately.

Customer desatisified.
Incomplete accesories, no Lan cable connecting to computer,the ink is also open and filled in the ink tank,the unit looks not brand new.

I just can not usnerstand why there is no usb whire if the printer does require ans usb cable?

ترا تجي من دون USB سلك لازم تشتريه مستقل ماتدعم wifi لها ٣ شهور عندي تقطع بالكتابه ويطلع خطوط بيضاء بالصور أو تطلع الورق نصه مو مطبوع والجوده صارت رديئة مع الوقت

Be aware it dose not print with wifi
لما شريتها كان مكتوب انها انترنت ريدي ولكن لما وصلت ما تدعم الا الطباعة بالusb
