7.5Mil Blank Mylar Sheet (10 Pack), 12“ X 12” Clear Plastic Sheet

I’m making a frosted glass look for Christmas lanterns and these did the trick! Just cut to size and place in! Works like a charm.

PROS This stencil film is absolutely amazing for airbrushing and for royal icing scraping designs! It is sturdy and thick. It doesn’t break easily, but it’s flexible. It’s very easy to clean! Overall it makes a really nice stencil! CONS The only real complaint is the fact that the Cricut setting suggested in the listing were not nearly enough to cut through this stencil film, i burned through 3 sheets of film just trying to find the right settings to get it to cut all the way through without ruining the stencil film. (My settings for reference to anyone who may be struggling) Model: CRICUT MAKER Original setting: Stencil film 0.4mm Change the pressure to 350 Change the multicut option to x4 I used a deep point blade, so if using a different blade you may need to change the multicut to x5. So, overall the stencil film is absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend it! Just make sure you've got your settings right so you don't waste a bunch of it like I did. :)

I found these too flimsy to use for pattern pieces. That said, they are probably great for stencils.

Thin, stiff. Make very precise templates with diode laser cutter. But do this outdoors fumes are bad.

Opaque Black Plastic Sheets, 7.5mil (.0075") 12” X 12” Craft Plastic Film, PET Stencil Material, Glossy and Flexible Plastic Sheet for Crafts, Cricut, Silhouette Cameo, Sign Makers (10 Pack): Exactly what I needed. I needed this for a guitar pedal application. The piece I cut with a scissors and a razor; it was simply to lay across the mother board in my Ibanez effect pedal. It appears to be the material they used at Ibanez and Maxon. It is glossy and it is thicker than paper, see the images I attached.

I bought these sheets so I could permanently affix them to my suitcase. I wanted to adorn my suitcase with stickers but I couldn’t because the plastic has a bumpy texture that prevents traditional stickers from properly sticking to the surface. With a bit of 3M VHB for the backing and rubber roller, it stuck to the suitcase and the plastic sheeting perfectly. I added stickers on top of that and they held on beautifully. Now my suitcase is incredibly easy to identify on the conveyer and acts as a theft deterrent!

I bought these for use in my cricket machine. They worked really well.

I tried cutting out stencils with this material. I had not used my Cricut in quite sometime and had to figure out how it works. The only problem I had was it takes two cuts to free it, I don't think my machine will do this on auto.. Also you need to leave space around the stencil ? So repeated design for a full stencil doesn't work. Possibly the newer Cricut has a stencil option... However you can make a single cut stencil at the beginning where the machine aromatically goes back for a repeat. Still hoping to figure this out..

Looks like thin overhead transparancy plastic. cracks/tears very easily. Not great for cutting stencils from.
