Non stick seems good and reinforced top lip keeps the pan from warping under heat.

Love these pans!
Love this pan! Itโs the perfect size and doesnโt seem to warp! Easy to clean non stick surface for the win!! Looks great too so can be used as a serving platter too!

A bit too narrow and short, a quality pan
I ordered 2..used one. Pan definitely does NOT warp. It is definitely a quality pan. Also looks and feels great..and cooks perfectly. The only drawback is that it was too narrow for cooking bacon. I have 2-45 year old pans that are wider and baked perfect baconโฆjust donโt look to good anymore. Nordic pans need to be a half inch wider and longer. Unfortunately, I had to return them. My old pans are Rema which I cannot find anymore.

Easy Cleaning!
I love this baking sheet because it is so easy to clean! I find it embarrassing when my baking sheets are stained and soiled. This one is a pretty gold-ish color which does not stain. Quality is great as well.

A great cookie baking pan!
I have had this pan for approximately a year now. I do not use it daily. I typically only use it when I bake cookies. I really like this pan. My cookies bake well on this pan and they are easily removed with a spatula.

Good quality, too bad it was bent before delivery.
Arrived damaged. Disappointing given the price. Gets two stars because the sheet is great except for the dents/bending. Will attempt to fix it but it is likely to be returned. These were reported as low stock when I orders so I am not terribly hopeful.

I use this to make gluten free cookies and nothing sticks to it and it cooks nice and evenly.
