AutoLoc Power Accessories 9621 Universal Tilt Hood Kit

Received product and it won't work on my 2015 dodge challenger because I have a aftermarket Carbo fiber hood otherwise it would of probably worked. Sent back for full refund

I just unpacked this item, bought it prior to use as it was on sale. BIG mistake. This is supposed to be a "universal" kit, however when I viewed the instructions yesterday I found that it was designed for use on a Chevy C10, and believe me, it does not come anywhere near fitting a 56 Ford F100. In the instructions (read too late) it did mention that 'a certain amount of refitting would have to be done for other vehicles". By the way, the instructions did not come with the item, you have to go to instructionsnow.com for the one page instruction. Why did I say too late? Because unknown to me, you only had 30 days to return this so I am stuck with something I can't use. I thought Amazon Prime was better than this, live and learn. A rather expensive lesson......................
