This is my go to vitamin for a good nights sleep. I have had anxiety for over 20 years after a traumatic episode that I went through. I’ve been on prescription medication’s. That helps me control it, but this magnesium glycinate has almost put a stop to the panic attacks. This is the first magnesium glycinate brand that I have tried, but I am very happy with my results and I’m going to stick with it. I do recommend this product.

I was having trouble staying asleep. I.could fall asleep then wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. I read the reviews and wanted to give it a try. I tried one capsule around an hour before bed, but didn't feel any different. I tried 2 capsules the following week and sleep through the night. Everyone is different so you may have to see what works for you. Pure encapsulation is a wonderful brand. There isn't any bad ingredients added.

To the best of my knowledge this is a good product. My levels were good as of my last blood test a month ago. This is the best type of Magnesium(as Magneseum glycinate) to get for my goals. I'm a 40+ male working out 5 times a week with kettlebells and my muscle soreness has reduced since starting on this. I can't say that it helps with sleep as mine appears to be unchanged.

Within a month of taking this product nightly, I could tell a major difference in my ability to fall asleep and with my level of anxiety. Llevo poco tiempo tomándolo y no puedo hacer una valoración exhaustiva pero por las reseñas que he leído parece que se trata de una de las marcas más usadas en centros hospitalarios y recomendadas por nutricionistas por su pureza libre de excipientes innecesarios. Al ser un bisglicinato no provoca flojera intestinal como otras presentaciones. Yo lo tomo después de cenar y un rato antes de ir a dormir.
