Playtex Clean Comfort Organic Cotton Tampons, Multipack (14ct Regular/14ct Super Absorbency), Fragrance-Free, Organic Cotton - 28ct

These tampons are made with clean/pure products, comfortable and absorbent. I have used them for many years with no issues. Unfortunately, it seems they have stopped making them. I can no longer find them or they are priced extremely high for the product.

Happy that more brands are jumping on the organic cotton train because that is the only thing I've been using for the past several years after a string of very annoying UTIs and yeast infections. These tampons were good quality, comfortable and absorbent. I like a mix of Super and Regular in a box since the latter is perfect for lighter flows. The price was great - and it's always an even better deal when buying on Amazon.

This tampon itself works just fine, I purchased the regular/super combo as these are the two sizes I mostly use. I had no issues with leaking or other problems. However, these were very difficult for me to insert. While I appreciate the product uses less plastic, this also became a detriment because it made the process of insertion more challenging to release the actual cotton tampon from the applicator. I'm not sure if I'll purchase this product again.

Ladies do your research! There are ingredients in your tampons that shouldn’t be there, nor need to be there. These are by far the best option for you loyal playtex girls in you don’t make the switch to “organic”.

Great absorbency. Switched to these n it helped reduce my period cramps so much. I'm perimenopausal with PMDD so I'm super sensitive. These r great!

I love this brand of tampons. It feels soft and I could barely feel it. And the quality is good

I have a heavy flow and Platex is THE ONLY tampon I'm not leaking through in an hour or so. Very absorbent and comfortable. I use these for the first and last day. The ultra size is what I use for heavy for days. 10/10 recommend!!

I like these soooo much better. I am allergic to everything from pads and cups to tampons. So after my time of the month I end up with a week’s worth of infection. I also bleed through two ultra tampons in one hour so going to have a hysterectomy later this year. But these help so much. Not only to I react less to these but they have a cardboard stick. Plastic applicator for comfort but a cardboard stick which cuts plastic usage in half. All tampons should have this because it works so well. The only reason these are not five stars is I also thought I was getting what was pictured so purchased this and a box of regulars when I really only needed this mix box before my surgery. But these you won't regret it and you develop and allergy down the road like I did. I used to be able to use the scented tampons and the more junk you put there the more body will get sick of it.

I have been using their sport version for 10+ years and decided to try these out. The applicator that is inserted is plastic while the stick part is cardboard they worked well on even my heaviest flow days and were comfortable. I did find that I had to make sure it was fully inserted as it did seem to stick out and be uncomfortable if not - not sure if that’s because it’s a more natural fibre

Love these tampons. A good mix of eco friendly while not sacrificing personal comfort. Playtex has always made the best tampons (the way they open is like a shirt, versus other brands that open like a butterfly)

My go-to for my monthly visitor, and now allegedly organic without the huge cost. These are comfortable to wear and don’t leak. Best brand around
