Leaking from connector when i turn tap on what im i doing wrong were do i put rubbers to stop this its from the bit that connect to the bit connected

I have the same problem and suspect it’s to do with the manufacture of it and the dimensions being too small where the O Ring sits at the bottom narrow end. I have tried other rubber O Rings to see if that helps but it doesn’t. If it’s the threaded end, you could try PTFE tape before you place the larger washer on and screw it inti your tap. HTH

It has an internal thread that screws on to my mixer tap

Fo you just pust the hose pipe connector onto the tap connector or loosen the screw abit

Put hose connector onto tap connector then click it up so it doesn't leak
