I would say the phone itself is not impressive and neither are the features or specifications.This phone excels for a just a few reasons:1: Screen and body are nearly impervious, NEVER scratches, difficult but not impossible to break. Sharp edge dropped onto screen face will break it but device handles drops with out event!2.Waterproof decently, I spend lots of time around salt water, only device that survives. Take extra precaution of putting tacky blue stuff around headphone port and dielectric grease near sim tray and usb-c.Ultimately the first gen Duraforce was better with cards concealed behind screw case back.3. NOBODY WILL STEAL THIS THING.It is ugly and looks like a homedepot scanner or government phone.Price is also good for a 5g device speed is fine. Yes camera is not great but phone calls are loud and clear and consistent.Tried Chinese 'Rugged' phones, will not again.Keyocera only brand I buy, one of few devices still made in Japan.

Terrible. Got the phone in November. It quit working in March. Return time passed last week. I feel ripped off. Don't make the same mistake I did. I recommend go in person and get a good phone

after my OUKITEL phone went missing........ i had to go get a new phone so was checking amazon first and seen this phone. i had Kyocera phone before. loved the screen. oh and yes a Kyocera is the only time when i got random screws nails and tools in my pocket im dinging out of the yard only time phone and that stuff goes in the same pocket... yea the body might get scuffed but the screen after you wash it back to shinny. well when you push a phones limits like i do it falls in to things like dirt muddy dirt can double as a coaster for a cool drink. I went to pour some bottle wetter on it and made a mess because when it started to get on the phone he went to snatch the bottle so clumsily fast it drooped on the ground i was like i was not making a mess you made the mess by grabbing the bottle. the look in his face no buddy no dont you dont have to no no dont lol PRICELESS. i will say so far the plastic that holds the gaskets on defiantly better than phones in the past. keep making them stronger and the phone more fun. people always ask when im rinsing off my phone or what not what case do you got on your phone and im like um no cace its just the phone. lol i dont need to go and buy a case why whould i buy a phone that needs a case now if i wanted one with a kick stand to watch moves of clips on to a belt but other than that why. and well just love this company. go go Kyocera go . look forward to tablets and laptops and who knows what else built this with tough fun and work in mind.

Ive purshased this phone three times for three different people. We all Had the duraforce 2 before the duraforce 5G. These phones are the only phones Ive had that dont break if you drop them. No case needed. The camera is fine, and I have no issues with it being slow. The battery life isnt amazing but it lasts a couple days if you youre not using all the time. If youre on it constantly it will last 24 hours. Its reliable and you can throw it around on the concrete with no iussues. Its also cheap. I upgreded from the duraforce 2 because it became slow. But Ive never broken any of these phones in the last 5 years. I wouldnt choose any other phone.

The only thing was that the plug in didn't work...everything else was great

Phone had glitches and would change screens on its own. I returned it for another one, and the replacement works great.Thank you,Allen D.

Best phone I've ever owned.

Where do we go from here. This phone was a refurbished phone and I'm not sure it was refurbished as the microphone doesn't work. Frustrating to say the very least.
