This is an excellent product.
The recent improvements to the packaging material are appreciated. Moving forward, I would welcome the transition to parchment paper or a similarly natural, organic alternative. The product quality and taste remain excellent as always.

rich in flavor & body
I've been lucky to try cacao from all parts of the americas, I have it mostly every morning, really sets the tone for my day, my body loves it and my tastes buds, I like a rich in flavor and body this cacao has both, first time having it and really greatful to have it easily available 🫶

Good product.
Cacao arrived well packaged (no styrofoam!) I like the product. And I woud like it even better if it were organically grown. Price is prohibitive for regular purchase. So I buy it once in a while only. Each time I drink it I feel I am doing something good for myself. Like a good healthy treat.

Excellent quality, feels good for my soul!
This cacao has a masculine taste and energy to it, but it’s not over powering… rather uplifting and smooth mind/body connection. I use it for pre-workout, or before a ceremony when I’m already feeling grounded and relaxed to bring my awareness into a deeper layer, or just instead of coffee! I love it 😍 (blended well with portable hand mixer)

So disappointed
I had ordered this cacao maybe 2-3 times in the past with amazing results. I was super pleased with the consistency, taste, strength, and the ease of the shavings. This past order was awful. My order was delayed by 3 weeks, and then finally shipped. When I received I opened the outer Amazon box which was not damaged at all, and the outer sleeve which covers the main box the product was in (also not damaged so it seems like they knew this product was spoiled and tried to cover it up), to find the main package and its contents to be completely destroyed and/or spoiled (see photos). I am so disappointed because I thought I had potentially found a new cacao company that didn’t charge an exorbitant amount for shipping, but I will never order from this company again after receiving this product in the state it was in. Quality control is obviously non existent. And they don’t offer returns and have zero way to contact them through Amazon. Don’t waste your money on this.
