I received this as a mistake so I returned it but its a nice pot love the glass insert and the cuts look like they are precision cut super tiny so leaves can't fall through. Everything is a bit think but it may be a part of the design, me personally I like stout things.

The mouth sits too low so you cannot really fill the pot. Tea would easy spill even when you carry the pot since it sits too low.

A lovely looking pot, bought as a Xmas present. Unfortunately it is very fragile and the spout broke after two weeks of use. Will be looking for a similar product but a bit more substantial.

It has just arrived and after opening the box I already noticed a deformation in the rim of the lid . I tried to insert the lid in the pot and it doesnt slide down fully to the bottom it is supposed to do of course because of the error in manufacturing in the lid rim. Thibking to send it back as the pot is very nice. Very disapponted for the lid. :(

The only thing is that the design holds so little water before spilling out the spout. Barely a cup. Was fine otherwise

Absolutely lovely and extremely versatile… Really really happy with the product and exactly what we had been looking for. We have tried several others previously and been quite disappointed. This one allows versatility for any type of tea or a drink you’d like to put in it while at the same time looking extremely stylish. Will definitely buy again!

I use it all the time its great, you dont need to use the infusser either.
