I ordered the 0-3 month and it was massive on my baby who’s about 8lbs and wearing 0-3.

Super cute onesie and very soft with a bit of an elastic stretch. Size was pretty spot on leaning towards the smaller side, but the hat was pretty small. I had to stretch it out a good bit to fit it on my baby’s head, and his head is on the smaller side, too. But overall I’m very happy with this item.
