Gluten-Free Au Jus Sauce Mix

Tastes great, easy to make

The flavor was well balanced. A lot better than others out there. I made a beef sauce for lamb chops and was great. I just added a few more ingredients' to it.

I used this as a substitute in my pot roast recipe to make it gluten free for a family member. There was no difference in taste or gravy consistency. It was delicious!

I have allergies so this is perfect. I couldn’t find a a gravy without gluten. Taste good. Easy to make.

This company has a plethora of gluten free products and every single one we have tried has been awesome. I can eat products with gluten in them and used to be a chef so I know how the real deal tastes and this is extremely close. Do be aware of the instructions on the packets regarding any additional ingredients, however we have been using this with a ranch powder and sticks of unsalted butter for pot roast just fine. You can use gluten free soy sauce, as well, as indicated by the packaging.

Recently have had to change to gluten free because of my son, this is a great option for gluten free

Not bad, just didn’t feel like it had a lot of flavor like I expect for AuJus. Didn’t feel like being gluten free should make a huge difference in flavor. But could work well as a base!
