How many pieces are there in this 4.41oz box?

There are 2 cookies per wrapper and there are 12 wrappers in the box. They come six wrappers to a wrapped tray (two trays per box). So in the box there are 24 individual pieces.

These biscuits look really beautiful and crispy. I'm curious to know how they remain so fresh. Are they wrapped in paper? Thank you!

Yes they are wrapped by 2 in paper. Enjoy!

Are the crepes processed in a nut free facility?

There is nothing on the box to indicate whether or not it comes from a nut-free facility, though I can tll you they contain lactose and gluten and are amazingly delicious!

Are the cookies individually wrapped? The picture looks like the package contains foil wrapped packets of two.

You are correct. Each pack contains 2 separate packs with 6 foil wrapped packets of 2 Gavottes in each. Total : 12 foil wrapped packets of 2 Gavottes - 24 Gavottes.
