Emproved my Energy LeveL! :)
An Acupuncturist advised me to take 6 tabs 3x's a Day. During the first week of taking it I didn't feel so good but different,... so I stuck to the regiment. Within two weeks I started to feel more energy than I had felt in a long time and less pain. Over all I felt better. I had an upcoming appointment with a Dr. and was worried she would tell me to not take it. To my surprise she told me to keep taking it, even though I'm on other medications. So check w/ your doctor. When I stopped taking it for a week or two, I began to feel worse. So I ordered more right away and will continue taking it while I work on my overall health. :)

Fantastic for irritability & anger
My acupuncturist actually recommended it for irritability/anger/anxiety issues and it definitely works. She said take 10-12 pills 2 times a day (as needed). I take at work when under a lot of stress and I can feel everything building up and it just helps lift a weight off and mellow me out. Also noticed that I very often have issues with body temp regulation and my feet always cold and when I take it my body feels like one consistent normal temperature. Love this stuff!

Did Not Work – No Noticeable Effect
I took this supplement consistently as directed, but unfortunately I didn’t feel any improvement at all. No changes in circulation, energy, or overall health. I had high hopes based on the description, but it just didn’t work for me. Also, the tablets are a bit hard to swallow and have a strange taste. Disappointed with the results.
