This is a great case and came SO close to 5 stars. It has a great weight, rugged beyond belief. I did a submersion test when I got it; I left it in the deep bowl of tap water for 3 days by mistake I was surprised to see it was dry as a bone inside, BUT the screws started to oxidize. I work in the medical field and wash my phone every night with hot water and soap; after about 3 weeks water started to seep in. I would definitely buy again, the only thing I would do different is to use a silicone gel on inside of cover edges before sealing it and also to cover the screws in a coating or get substitute, non-oxidizing ones (and not leave it soaking for 3 days ;] )

I’ve had phone cases like this in the past that have not held up this well. I drop my phone often and expect the paint to chip on the case but it only scratches a little at the direct impact point. No chipped paint. The paint rubs off a little only on edges which is to be expected. The case adds significant weight and size to the phone, which I like, so the phone feels more manageable in my hands. The built in clear screen protector is awesomely touch friendly so you don’t get the frustration of letters ‘not taking’, like you would with other non-glass screen protectors, when you push them on the keyboard. The only issue I ran into was that the phone case is labeled as water PROOF. However, moisture did get inside the case and cause minimal phone issues (which cleared up after removing the case) when the phone was sitting in a shower bench while I listened to the radio while showering.

This is one of the best iPhone cases I have ever bought. Yes, it comes directly from China, but that withstanding, it is so solid and impact resistant, even beyond the Otter case I previously had. A bonus, they actually send you the miniature allen tools plus extra screws to use for installation. It is slightly heavier than a regular case, but really durable. It is perfect for someone working in adverse terrains or conditions, especially in construction.

Absolutely military grade A-1! The sturdiest case I have used...really adds "bulk" to the 7+ phone, which is a plus for me. I like the fact that the added "girth" lets me know its there; definitely not for the faint of heart, not meant for small pockets. I work around an industrial plant & have dropped this several times & the case does as advertised...protect!Would have given 5 stars, but for one thing...the use of the speaker phone. Due to the design, when you are talking via the speaker phone, those on the other end may not fully hear you, almost muffled. I have no issues with reception at all, ALL other functions operate normally with little to no affects.

I was looking for a case for my iPhone, but I ended up with a tank instead. This thing is solid. I like that it has a cushioned later between the shell to absorb the shock from the inevitable drop. The buttons for volume and and everything are still accessible, the screen is still sensitive with the cover, and it doesn’t muffle the sound from the speakers or earpiece when talking on it. Very happy with this case!

This case is freakin awesome. Sure it weighs a ton, but its well worth it. I did drop it and sure enough it landed right on the headphone/charger port and broke the piece of plastic off there. I still give it 5 stars because guess what? My phone is still intact and unbroken. Well worth the money and the added weight. I have huge hands and this makes my phone fit my hands perfectly.

The case is durable; however it's bulky and makes your phone very heavy. Also because of its design it's nearly impossible for anyone to hear you when talk on the phone. The speaker is badly muffled, and the case is not waterproof! I went to theme park and could see visible water under screen protector. I could open the case to remove the water because it uses a special wrench to open. Luckily I have an iPhone 7plus. I recommend going with a different case that's user friendly.

Perhaps a good solid case, but way too heavy. It also interferes with the cell signal. I've tested it and the phone doesn't give me the "No Service" unless it's in the safe. I didn't necessarily mind the weight and size, but once the signal was damaged I bought something different.

Good only down side is that you can’t hear the person on the other line

Incredibly heavy case, feels like 5 lbs. Also, I didn't pay attention, but you have to screw the case around your phone.

Literally the best case on the market. I’ve thrown this case at numerous concrete walls and after 4 the case finally broke, but my phone is unscathed.

A pain to take off and put on. It already broke in the back. Headphone jack is annoying. The charger port is super annoying if its not the Apple OEM charger.

Returned. You can't hear a thing with this case. It does protect your phone but I would only recommend it if you like to text only.

Awesome, but VERY heavy!

have only had the case a week and a half. It’s already bent and filled with dust.
