Fingers were somewhat tight on my sons finger. I had to make small slit in finger elastic as my sons fingers were losing blood circulation after about 20 minutes of use. Product however is very good in reinforcing proper finger and wrist follow through on jump shot.

Grandson says it helps
Neighbor had this item and his Dad suggested it for my grandson. My grandson is 13 and he wanted this instead of anything else for a gift from me. He uses it and says it helps his hand form when shooting. Medium fit fine and he has large hands.
