Excellent product. One of a kind. I bought it as a general health supplement but it did even more than what I got it for.I take it in the morning with warm water and it actually let's me sleep through the coming night without getting up to go to the restroom, and that wasn't even why I bought it initially. Been using for almost 3 years.

I start taking this product yesterday, and for long time last night I had the best sleep and wake up filing very good. It works!

The pills are easy to swallow and seem like they are of high quality. I like the ingredients and figured I would give this a try. I’m not sure if they’re working, but I am going to give it a little bit longer. I think they are priced appropriately.

I started taking Bergamot about 3 weeks before my annual physical, and was surprised and delighted to discover that my A1C was the lowest it had been in years! Now, I can't know whether the Bergamot had anything to do with it, or whether it was more about other supplementation that I've been taking over the last year, in particular some bioflavonoids that are supposed to be very helpful in that department. But I figure, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, so I plan to keep on taking Bergamot!Usually I don't tend to like supplements that have too many different ingredients all in one supplement; but this list looked to be pretty good, with a substantial amount of vitamin D, which I find useful. I did end up doing quite a bit of research on Berberine, which I had never taken before and is in this supplement, and while it looks like it has many useful properties, it also inhibits Lipase, which is not so great for me because I already have difficulty digesting fats. (It also inhibits Amylase, and that's not necessarily so great either for me either.) Still, It contains a pretty small quantity of Berberine, so I'm thinking it's probably not going to hurt me.What I do like is that it shows right on the bottle that it's manufactured in a GMp facility, and if you look on the product details page, it even shows the Third party testing report., which I consider to be an important indication of quality control.Another interesting detail, which isn't really necessary for me but might be important to someone else, is that this product is both Kosher andHalal!The supplement comes well safety sealed, with both a plastic collar and a safety seal over the mouth of the bottle. Look over the rather extensive list of ingredients, and if it looks useful to you, I would recommend.

Bought this after my doctor told me my cholesterol was on the high side. He said I could try to lower it with exercise and diet. I did improve on my exercise and diet and lost a few pounds, but taking this supplement did not help. I still ended up having to take a low dose medication. Was disappointed that I didn’t get better results with taking this supplement. Doctor said some people inherit high cholesterol and medication is necessary.

Nice supplement! Easy to swallow and good blend of herbs.

I had been taking these for about two weeks now, and has not noticed any side effects. The taste is nonexistent. They are easy to swallow. They do not disintegrate in your mouth while waiting to get a drink to swallow, which is a huge plus when taking capsules. As far as doing what it cleans it can do. I will say this, I started feeling bad the day before I started this. I was running a low-grade fever, sore throat kind of sore breath. After taking this for just two days on day three I no longer felt , any of the symptoms I previously had. I do know that quercetin is a huge deal when it comes to breathing, etc. This was the entire reason I got this supplement because it had that getting the other ingredient made it more than work. Do you value for how many and how much That is included in each capsule I believe is more than a good deal. I have zero complaints pertaining to this supplement. I believe it is rare to find something with all these ingredients. We can find one another, but that is taking more than one pill at a time . I am no medical doctor but would highly recommend this if you are interested and feeling better. At least I can say it worked for me. Personally, I will getting this again and again.
