LOVE the size of this and that it is made by a small business! Perfect book for me!

This book is absolutely perfect what I’m looking for. I believe there’s different styles in this book but this one work best for the 21 day fix for keeping track of your food. I absolutely love it keeps me on track with my water, my exercise, and I can tell myself things to remind myself and the very bottom of the page is well. Highly recommend if you doing a 21 day fix it fits in your purse nicely it doesn’t take that much room. This is a no brainer order if you’re doing the 21 day fix. I'm disappointed. I imagined this would be a good sized binder for recording everything for my 21 day fix. Sadly, it's very small and very thin. I'm sure it will still help me record what I need, but I was expecting something much bigger, with more pages and pages to log my grocery list from week to week as well as my weekly mealike recipes and daily exercise workouts/challenges. I don't recall any exact measurements in the description, so it's possible I didn't read carefully. Still disappointed though, because it's advertised to accompany your 21 day fit items. It is not made by the beach body company.******************************************This my second review and I am writing it solely for my own purpose. I was not asked to write a second review.I was contacted by the seller, which I never expected. Through this conversation, I realized that it is the correct size to fit in your purse or backpack to carry with you while shopping. Any bigger would be cumbersome. Given the conversation and time to reflect on the seller's intentions, it is EXACTLY what I need. It was not what I expected, but it is what I need. I highly recommend purchasing and using this product to accompany your 21 day fit plan.

The size is listed however I didn’t notice that until after I received the item. It’s quite small. In another store I would think definitely less than 10 for the size/quality. The pictures are quite faded, not as described. It’s a printed sheet in light colors with blurriness so you get that picture from printing at home yourself. Due to the small size there is little space to write. I can’t even fit chicken breast, peppers and broccoli abbreviated on the line available. I wish the colors were in order as it shows on nearly everything else rather than the days and seeds in the middle between the bigger size container items.I appreciate there is a few lines for notes. Overall not overly pleased and may look for something else after this runs out or it won’t work for the needs I’m needing.It would also be great if weight per day were added/and or calories to eat day.

This planner is so cute! It's perfect for the 21 day fix program and is small enough to carry around in a bag. The front and back covers are laminated and are pretty sturdy. I'm getting tired of tracking my diet digitally and am hoping this will help me organize a little better. Download the shopping list PDF's by scanning the QR code inside with Dropbox. Can't wait to start using it!

I love the simplicity of this planner ! Well made , small enough to take with you and makes tracking easy. Would definitely recommend!!

This is really helpful for my daily tracking. I really appreciate whoever made it! I do feel it’s overpriced, 5 stars if it was a little more accurately priced.
