Completely disappointed
When I first got this Bluetooth speaker I loved it but that only lasts for about 3 weeks. At that time it's started losing a charge to the point where it wouldn't charge at all I contacted Amazon which put me in contact with the manufacturer they said that they were going to be sending out a new one it is now a year-and-a-half later they are not returning my emails and I consider it a complete waste of money I will never do with this manufacture again.PART 2SINCE I HAD FIRST WROTE THIS REVIEW I HAVE BEEN CORRESPONDING VIA EMAIL WHERE THE REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE COMPANY THAT EITHER MAKES OR DISTRIBUTES THE SPEAKER, AFTER 15 EMAILS BACK AND FORTH PROVIDING THEM WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THEY NEEDED THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE ISSUING ME CREDIT IN THE FORM OF AN AMAZON GIFT CARD SO I CAN REORDER THE SAME ONE OR ANOTHER BLUETOOTH SPEAKER OF MY CHOICE. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT HAD BEEN ISSUED AND NOWHERE IN MY PRIME ACCOUNT IS THERE SHOWING ANY TYPE OF REFUND AND I HAVE NOT YET BEEN ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE THE EMAIL AGAIN CONCERNING THIS MATTER.EXPERIENCES LIKE THIS IS WHAT MAKES SHOPPING WITH AMAZON NOT VERY LIKEABLE

Good Quality
This is a good quality speaker. The sound quality is excellent. It’s clear and loud no crackling. I was surprised how loud it was when it turned on. This speaker is made well and has a good looking design. The price was also lower then some of the other speakers I looked at. Overall good deal and good price.

Not quite as convenient as hands-free Alexa.....but the sound quality is good.
You do have to touch the button on top in order to talk to Alexa. It doesn't light up with colors (notifications) like Alexa. Sometimes it has more trouble connecting to WiFi than Alexa.However, the sound is good. And most important for me--it's chargeable. That means no cords and outlet required, so it's wonderful to keep on the outdoor patio table. Just waiting out there for us when we want to listen to music, have a glass of wine, and watch the sunset.

Sounds amazing for its size. Defiantly buy from this company again
I purchased the COWIN DiDa as a replacement for my aging Amazon Tap. It came time to start using my COWIN DiDa because the Tap battery life is no good. The COWIN DiDa seems to be really high quality build. My surprise when I tried to get it to work on my network with strange issues. Contacted their support site and received responses quickly and when they could not resolve it they replaced it promptly it no question. This item was almost 2 years old. The new one works and sounds amazing for its size. Defiantly buy from this company again

Wifi didn't work. Now it is dead.
October 2019, 10 months after purchase, update: The wifi quit long ago on this speaker but it worked as a bluetooth speaker. Now it won't even turn on. Into the garbage it goes. Don't waste your money.This is an ok bluetooth speaker but the wifi doesnt work. Support is nonexistent unless you count an error message saying i have the wrong email address. Spend half the money and get a nicer bluetooth speaker or spend the same amount and get an Alexa device that actually works.

Charge before trying to set up
Be careful with the negative reviews... I bought Cowin headphones and loved them, so I decided to give these speakers a try. Love them! This is not an echo replacement so do not listen to the reviews that try to put these speakers down because this is not the echo. Great sound quality and easy wifi and Bluetooth setup. I have 2 of these and I use them together for a great stereo experience. I use Spotify and my own music collection. Great deal and great music quality

Totally Misleading description
Does not (NOT) allow you to control it with Alexa. It is a decent Bluetooth speaker but will not allow you to control it from Alexa, to stream Amazon Music, Pandora, or any other than a few apps already built in. Save your money and buy a product that works with Amazon Alexa.

Sing-a-Long
This is just what I have been after for years! I have a great Hi-Fi system (Cary Tubes; English Horn Speakers) and have a variety of Bluetooth speakers which are a fiddle to use and inconsistent in performance. This Cowin speaker is easy to set up; links well to Alexa; can play all my favourite musicians ( plus others that I have not thought about for years! ); and it sounds so good that I don't just listen - I sing-along! Enjoyable for me; maybe not for others!!!

Return policy is not good
It was not as per the expectations and when a return request was placed the deductible about was 30%of the cost which made me unhappy more and unwantedly I have to retain the product even it was not that worth.
