Tea Kettle, Stovetop Whistling Teapot, Stainless Steel, Red, 3.0-Quart

I have been using this tea pot since 2022, and it has been great. The only things that have happened is 1) occasionally needed to tighten handle screws and 2) the silicone or plastic (?) wrap on the handle split around in the middle and each end of it now tends to slide away from the handle. I really consider these normal wear and tear so I am not bothered by them. No rusting at all. I use this several times a week to boil water for tea- I actually drop a tea bag into the kettle with water and trap the string on the tea bag in the lid of the kettle. Then bring the water to a boil, shut it off and let it steep for a little while. No problem at all with the whistle.

I really like this kettle. It is well designed: the trigger to open and close the spout works great, it pours very cleanly, the inside of the ring handle for the lid is silicone, as is the handle, and the lid stays on securely while pouring. The high capacity means there's always plenty of hot water. It's looks very attractive sitting on my stovetop, and the brushed finish doesn't showcase water spots like a shiny surface would. All around, I'm very happy with this.

Great looking teapot. Holds quite a bit of water. Does not drip when you pour out the water. The whistle doesn't always blow but it could be because I take it off as soon as I see steam. I'm happy with it and have had it many months.

Rust and leaks after 4 months of use! I’m so disappointed. When I first received this kettle in April 2026, I love the way it looked. It was weighty and heated the water effectively. I would have given it a 5 rating. However, within the last two weeks in August 2026, I found water on my stove and discovered that the kettle was leaking from the bottom. I looked even closer and saw that there were rust stains too. That’s why I gave it a one star. My previous kettle was a Farberware and it lasted for more than 10 years but it looked ugly so I thought this new kettle would last just as long. Unfortunately, I was wrong and now I can’t get my money back or a replacement! Please see images.

Excellent Tea Kettle. Beautiful finish and well crafted. Feels solid.... until the screws get loose. Overtime, the screws became a bit loose and the kettle became wobbly when handled. I actually didn't even notice the screws, I had assumed it was welded on since it was so sturdy when new. Re-tightening of the screws fixed it like new, so its something to keep in mind to check over time. The screws and threads are very strong, it's not a case of stripped threads which is why I'm still giving it 5 stars. It's well built. You can assume things may loosen over time... but will it take the torque of re-tightening. This does!

Beautiful. Only complaint is the pour spout does not allow seamless pouring. I hope they modify the pour spout for future products

I make three to four gallons of tea a week, because that is my preferred beverage any time of the day. I also drink hot tea occasionally (especially on cold winter days!). My husband actually suggested that I look into getting a kettle that I could use for boiling my water for tea, and we spent about an hour looking at different kettles (including electric) before we settled on this one. (Electric was voted out because I don't want to have to find a place to store it away.) I read the reviews, and while this little kettle gets overall great ratings, there were a few reviews mentioning rust and burns and other problems. So here's my take... I read the card that came with the kettle, and basically it said DON'T leave water in it all the time, DON'T scrub it with anything abrasive, DON'T wash it in the dishwasher. It also said DO use a pot holder or mitt or something when you're pouring the water out. Well, duh. The handle is coated, but the steam coming out from the boiling water is going to float upward, and could burn you. Do yourself a favor, y'all. Read the card, and do what it says. What I like: I don't have to turn up the stove eye as high to get the water to boil. The whistle reminds me to get up and fix the tea (I hate waiting for water to boil, so I go off and do other things, then forget that I'm supposed to be making tea). I LOVE the color. We have an old house (80+ years old), and while it's not true to the age in every way, we do like our little retro areas, and our kitchen is one of those areas. The stove was made in 1975, and still works beautifully, and this little pot looks adorable with our other red accents in the kitchen, and I'll probably leave it sitting out most of the time. I've already made a gallon of tea with it, and I'm really pleased! Don't hesitate if you're worried about some of the negative reviews. Just take care to avoid the steam, and take care of your pot in a sensible manner.

I purchased this kettle in Aug 2023. I am still using it today (2026). Well-made, looks great, easy to clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

The quality of this kettle is good, the capacity of the kettle is large much larger then previous kettle. To fill kettle is easy due to the removable lid. The whistle starts of quite but get louder the longer u leave it so if I’m in the conservatory I can still hear it. Overall performance of this kettle is very good also looks very stylish and expensive

Better than expected and the whistle are not too loud. Loving it.
