Where is this manufactured?

Mine says made in China. I was a little disappointed when received.

What type of pour spout? Is it just a wide opening or does it have a push button valve?

The thermos body itself has a wide opening. There is a thermos cap with a seal that screws into the wide opening of the thermos body. This thermos cap has a button that opens a hole within the sealed cap that allows liquids to pour through the cap and this opening is able to be closed again resealing the cap to prevent any liquid from spilling out. The blue top you see in the picture is a lid/cup.
