I have used a lot of these over the years and never had any problems.

These look good but I put wrong size I shold have orderd larger one.

These do the job, great for letters. The paper appears good quality, the adhesive strip not so good however.This is not such a problem for letters I don't think however I did put a USB into one of these and the envelope ripped and the USB fell out before it got to the other side.I previously had brought Poundland Envelopes and the faired better than these, not a single one ripped in transit. Once these do run out will be going back to the Poundland ones but I with a bit of parcel tape they are good to use for bulkier items.

Great value envelope for what it is intend to do. Perfect for sending out one or a couple of sheets, probably would need to look for a thicker material envelope if you are going to send huge amounts of papers.

Good envelopes are expensive. These cost me £2.49 for 50 - 0.04pence each. One cannot expect high quality for this price. These are fine for the use I intend for them - notes for tradesmen etc, but I wouldn't use them for anything of any importance to go in the post. The paper is very thin and quite flimsy (although you can't see normal type through them) and the gummed areas, which are on both top and bottom of the flap, have no protective peel-off strips so one would need to use a strip of sellotape to seal them to be at all secure. The gum seal is very easily opened after sticking down.I have given 4 stars because I am rating them as budget envelopes, for which they are adequate.

These envelopes are thinner than those I have purchased in the past, but that is not a negative. I post a lot of items and use large envelopes as packaging. Thicker envelopes have a tendency to tear when folded, which these don't. I have also found that other brands smell, possibly the glue, sometimes of wood shavings, or even vomit. These envelopes have no smell that I have noticed. Basically the best I have ever had. I highly recommend these envelopes, they are thin, but not too thin, so serve perfectly for sending letters as well.
