I read all the reviews and decided to purchase these for myself before coming to any conclusions. For me, I was tired of my nighttime Attends not providing me with the total coverage I needed for my severe incontinence. In the past, I’ve tried adding a pad, but it was too bulky and didn’t work. Then I discovered these; what a lifesaver! The add-in pad fits securely within my adult diaper, wasn’t bulky, and so soft, and not irritating to my private area. So important to a female senior. I know one-size doesn’t fit all, so I don’t understand the negativity from those that rated this a 1. They tried it and it didn’t work; move on and find something that works better for you. Seller gives you an option to return within the Amazon 30-day return policy. And as far as monitoring if it holds 4 cups is of no significance. Any extra protection from moisture is welcomed. But for me, it has made a life-changing difference giving me extra protection and absorbency; not worrying now when I have to leave my home for errands or a doctor’s appt. during the day. I feel confident that if I should encounter an “issue”, I won’t leak and be embarrassed. Isn’t that what it’s all about? I will continue to use as they are easy to insert and they give me a peace of mind. Nothing is perfect in this world, but a little “booster” helps. I highly recommend this item!

These are exactly what I needed! I was using ultimate absorbancy pads at night and STILL leaked and needed to change everything because I soaked through my pajama bottoms. In searching for solutions, I found a YouTube video where a caregiver talked about these booster pads being a game changer...they definitely are! They are soft, comfortable and very absorbent! I place the booster pad on top of my ultimate pad and it works great. No more middle of the night leaks for me!

These booster pads fit in my mom’s pull-ups perfectly, and she says they are so soft and comfortable. They are added protection, and often, she just has to change the booster pad and not her pull-ups and pants as well. For a caregiver, they help so much. I am glad that I found them by researching for added protection. I highly recommend trying this product.

They certain do absorb a lot, but not enough to keep Dad dry overnight, and we doubled them up too. Both were saturated by morning so they ARE absorbing, but don't have sufficient capacity for our needs. Found a second use for them to sop up edema fluid leaks. We cut a piece of it and secure it with gauze to hold it beneath the leaking area, and the edema fluid is sopped up nicely by the pad while the top layer of the pad against his skin keeps the skin dry. Works better than other medical pads we tried for this purpose!

These work well and spare me a lot of laundry. Placing them centered does take a bit of time, but every second is worthwhile. I prepare several at once and line them up for my husband.

They work well, to give my immobile patient extra time, to sleep in on mornings. They don’t have a waterproof backing, so they can fill up and then flow over onto to the nighttime pull-up. It’s like having double protection, for longer time, in between changes. No skin irritation. And excellent wicking, away from the body.

These booster pads do a great job. I use them inside the disposable underwear and can go thru the night without leaking.

I very rarely write a review, but I must write for this!! My husband uses pads every night and in the morning he is very wet even considering wearing 2 pads!! But since I've been using these BECAUSE OVERNIGHT BOOSTER PADS for a week, the wetness in the morning is gone and even my husband is PLEASED with the results. For he feels more comfortable, and the adhesion is good because they are made for adult diapers. They are very worth the money!

I had a meeting to go to and I could not run out after an hour to go to the washroom to change. This product added to what I use made all the difference and I got through the meeting with no problems and no leaks. I have ordered more.
