Does not work as pictured.
Husband got me this for Christmas. While it looks beautiful it doesn’t make uniform cakes. I tried using it with a small ball of yarn and thought I was doing something wrong. Tried again. Yarn was just wrapped around the spindle from top to bottom and never formed a cake. Decided to look at a YouTube video to see if it was user error on my part. When I came back to it, the belt had snapped. If you want it for a display piece, it’s ok but useless as a yarn winder.

This thing suck!
The media could not be loaded. Super disappointed i was super excited about this item trying to reorganize my craft room wanted nice cakes that took a full pound of yarn and all I'm getting is this matted mess I've been spending 3 hours and doing the mess that this Winder has done to my yarn.
