Perfect to run submersible pump in power failure
We are very pleased with this transformer. We have periodic power failures, and when the power is off, we cannot draw water from our well, which has a 220v AC submersible pump. We have a small portable Wen 3250W generator which can provide 115v power. In a power failure, we plug the well pump control into this transformer, and the transformer into the generator, and it works fine; allowing us to draw water as usual. We previously tried this using a 500 Watt transformer but that was too small and its breaker kept tripping. Please note one other review claims the 220v output is DC, not AC; but that is not correct. It is AC.

Stopped working after 11 months!!! But got excellent customer service for replacement
Bought it for my European expensive Jura expresso coffee machine. I got a 2000W converter for my machine which is 1400w. Was working perfectly for 11 months. It has a limited 1 year warranty. I contacted the company and I should have news in 48hres. I will put an update here. Follow up: change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars The company was quick to respond (24 hres). They offered me to buy a 3000W converter instead of 2000W and they refund me US$75.99 (the value of the 2000W converter) which is a fare deal.

Lo tengo funcionando con un minisplit de 2 toneladas marca Mirage el cual es de 220v. Este producto es una excelente alternativa para ahorrarte el trámite de cambiar la carga de tu hogar de 110 a 220 v. El modelo que compre tiene un ventilador para enfriar nunca a entrado por lo que se resume que trabaja sobrado para el minisplit de 2 toneladas.

Was always afraid that these wouldn’t work but it did. Used it to power a toaster that I bought in Japan and needed a step down. Works well so far so good been using it for a few months now. No issues
