The leather product is packaged very well and is a good quality leather. However, the product description said it was 12 x 12 and it is actually 11 1/2 x 11 1/2. Using this for an accurate hand made book cover and the 1/2 inch makes a big difference. Had to redo the project. Overall good product. Though it should note the inconsistency in the sizing.

I’ve ordered this 3 times and I love it. Once it was soft and beautiful, the other two were sturdy and I enjoy working with it. Plus the linen bags and pretty tubes they come in are great for other projects.

Good quality of leather and the thickness is as described. However, my only complaint is that the color is more on the pink side than being red as the picture shows.

This is good quality leather, and works well for sturdy items (knife sheaths etc.).

I really like this leather, but I do not like inaccurate product descriptions. All three sheets were 11 3/4" square even though the seller advertised 12".YES, sometimes that 1/4" can make the difference in being able to complete a project!With that said, I really like this leather, it is very nicely finished and was packaged to insure that there was no damage to the product. The package did arrive as scheduled and I really don't have any complaints other than the one stated.I will buy this same product again.

I made a nice knife sheath from one of the squares, It barely was long enough for the sheath but it work1s well and finishes nice, the stain is fragile and scratches easy , some scratches were on it when I unrolled it, Not a problem because I finish the leather anyway after making a sheath or holster.

I am very impressed by the packaging and attention to detail these real leather sheet came in. Feels like I was unrolling a treasure map. Leather is a good thickness to work with and a uniform colour. Will by again.

Gut verpackt habe ich die 3 Blätter erhalten, diese sind leider in Haptik, Farbe und Beschaffenheit sehr unterschiedlich so das sie nicht zusammen in einem Objekt verarbeitet werden können. Die Dicke ist mit 1,1-1,3mm für ein Vollnarbenleder sehr dünn. Verglichen mit anderem Vollnarben-Büffelleder wirken die Oberflächen sowohl auf der Narben- als auch auf der Fleischseite gesandet und sind sehr glatt. Auf einem der Bögen sind unschöne schwarze Schmutz-Punkte und Rollenspuren von der Verarbeitung zu finden. Ein weiterer Bogen hat an einigen Stellen Beschädigungen (das ist natürlich) die komplett mit Wachs gefüllt sind (das ist wohl der Verarbeitung geschuldet).Für 1/3 des Preises eines hochwertigen Vollnarben-Büffelleders hatte ich nicht viel erwartet, die Produktbeschreibung wurde soweit erfüllt (Was genau ein Vollnarbenleder ist, ist zu einem gewissen Grad Auslegungssache) meine Erwartungen leider nicht. Hier ist für mich die geringe Dicke ausschlaggebend, lässt sich sicher dennoch irgendwann verarbeiten für ein anderes Projekt.
