Delicious and nourishing option for vegans
Ideal to supplement your daily protein intake while indulging yourself whit a delicious treat. The merging of the ingredients has no retro taste while you're able to distinguish and enjoy them. So far, I've tried the Blueberries and the Almond butter flavor. Awesome In summarizing, a perfect balance of nutrients. A must for your backpack whether on the go or at home.

Best bar for people w/ allergies looking for limited ingredients
I’ve been using IQ bars for over a year now and I absolutely love them and depend on them. As someone who has a soy, dairy and legume allergy these are essentially the only bars on the market that also keep my macros in check. I have one for breakfast every morning and it gives me just what I need to keep me fuelled for my morning workout. 10/10 recommend Now if we could just find a way to get them back in Costco in Canada-then I’d be on top of the world. I already wrote a complaint to Costco begging them to bring these back (with additional flavours!) Blueberry is my absolute favourite with chocolate chip and matcha a close second. Keep doing what you’re doing-I don’t know what I’ll do if you stop honestly. I’ve been waiting my whole life for a product like this. Go get them now!

Good snack.
Good size, reasonably soft to eat, very tasty. Only 2g sugar and 9g carb makes this one a good choice.
