Surprisingly reasonable price for Herman Miller quality. Better in many ways than the originals. Pop out the old, push in the new, easy install in minutes. Accept no imitations!

The wheels fit my 10 year old Herman Miller chair perfectly. The old wheels were breaking up. It was so simple to pull out the old ones and simply push these on. Took me less than 5 minutes to do all 5. They roll reasy and make no noise. Price was good for them.

Paint on wheels (Part that touches ground) came off after only 6 months. I bought these wheels because I had the same problem with the original wheels that came with the chair. It flakes off in very tiny pieces all over the floor. Poor quality causes a mess.

Perfect replacement for the chair casters originally delivered with the chair. My office has carpeting and these work perfectly.

**REVISED REVIEW July 9. 2026 Casters/wheels became difficult to use after less than 60 days. They were not dirty or clogged with dust/etc. There were no bearings. The nylon to metal axel contact became worn causing rolling resistance and stutter. I weigh 140 pounds. The product page listing states the casters are rated for over 1000 pounds. Contacting the seller/manufacture to resolve proved difficult. Amazon Customer Service provided necessary channel for return even shortly after 30 day return window. I would caution against purchasing this item due to breakage and lack of seller support. Original Review May 2026 One of my original HM Aeron wheels just disintegrated after 15 years of use. This replacement set was easy to install and works perfectly (so far). I'm aware other reviewers experienced problems and left negative feedback regarding the rolling resistance of the replacement casters, but I find the casters function indistinguishable from the OEM. Price and utility make this item a winner. Highly recommend. (see revised review less than 60 days after installation/use)

If there was a minus "0" rating, I'd give it - 10! Wheels started to break within 2 months of use, plastic parts were falling on the floor mat. My previous wheels lasted me well over 10 years, and so something is definitely wrong with them. I called Amazon customer service, and they told me that they contacted the seller who had agreed to replace them. Though, the seller never contacted me, and so I called Amazon again about the same issue. Now they said that the time to replace or issue refund for this item has expired.
