I generally don’t like pills but I found these easy to take with no weird aftertaste. I feel like I did see a slight difference in hair growth and my nails seem to be growing in smoother. Definitely worth a try to see for yourself! I’m happy with the quality and effectiveness.

I have never really taken many vitamins, but I decided to incorporate more of them into my daily routines now that I’m getting older. I found this brand out through Nicole Kidman (a brand ambassador) while reading a magazine. She’s like my idol so I decided to give it a try. So far it’s only been less than two weeks and I’m noticing changes already! My hair has become SO shinny these past few days and even those around me noticed. I haven’t really noticed too much of a difference in my skin yet BUT I have noticed that the overall tone of my face is starting to look really even and a lot more “elastic” looking. I haven’t noticed a change in my nails either but I expect to see changes soon since it’s been less than two weeks. If you’re looking into taking some vitamins or just want a little boost in your hair and self care routine I highly recommend this product!

Ho comprato questo integratore dopo lunghe ricerche e dopo aver provato innumerevoli integratori. Utilizzo questo della SWISSE da anni ormai. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è uno tra i migliori che ho trovato sul mercato. La cosa positiva inoltre è che non hanno né sapore né odore rispetto ad altri integratori che hanno odori particolarmente persistenti. D'altro canto però, un contro è che le pasticche sono un po' grandi quindi per chi ha difficoltà nella deglutizione delle complesse potrebbe essere un po' faticoso prenderle. Non mi hanno mai dato problemi allo stomaco, le assumo durante o subito dopo il pasto. È raccomandabile non assumerle subito dopo o prima sostante quali caffè the eccc.. Solitamente le uso per tre mesi e poi faccio un mese di stacco. È sempre bene avere un periodo di stacco per evitare mutamenti negli esami ematici. Dopo un taglio sbagliato della parrucchiera, ho iniziato l'integrazione e ho avuto risultati VISIBILI, dopo un mese e mezzo avevo 4 cm di capelli in più in lunghezza e tantissima ricrescita. Per quanto riguarda i benefici sulla pelle, onestamente, non sono valutabili per me perché ho sempre avuto una bella pelle senza imperfezioni. Per le unghie invece ho finalmente smesso di fare la ricostruzione con gel perché adesso sono resistenti e "ricche" non so come spiegare Prodotto consigliatissimo e secondo me anche gli uomini dovrebbero utilizzarle (controllando dopo diversi cicli gli esami ematici comunque in quanto l'uomo ha emoglobina più alta solitamente)
