had to use a different cable since the one i got had a split near the3 prong plug

The pack gets super hot to the point I can’t pick it up when I’m done using it.The cabling on the cord is stiff and separated from the plugs on all ends already. My Dell laptop has performance issues when charging with this charger after 1 month of use. It was fine at first, but now it’s 50/50 if I get the notification saying it’s not compatible and cannot charge. Spend the extra dollars and get an oem charger

When the unit arrived, I plugged in the power outlet. The light at the end was turned on. I thought it worked. When I connected to my laptop. My laptop did not recognize it at all. I unplugged and plugged it in and out few times. No indication on my computer that it connected to power. I returned it.

After six months of use, the power supply started making a fizzling and hissing sound, and then shorted out, burning out my expensive Laptop. Don’t buy this product!
