This flap was thinner than my last one so I was worried but it works great, fits great and has lasted so I am impressed and will reorder when needed. I did use nuts and screws to keep the hole in the flap from coming off.

Replaced the 5 year old flap on our doggie door. Was very easy to install and fit perfectly.

Flap keeps getting loose & sliding down. Bowing on sides so does not make a good seal. Better than the damaged old one, but got warped much quicker than the Petsafe brand.

Works fine on the doggie door, which gets a LOT of use.

This replacement door was easy to install and keeps out the winter drafts. The magnet keeps it in place. Great purchase!

Finally! So nice to have an inexpensive alternative to PetSafe replacement flaps. It always seemed ridiculous that they cost $35+! This worked perfectly and for nearly half the price.

Very nice dog door . My Chihuahua puppy ate the magnet right off of the old one ( not very good quality ) so I’m going to see how long this one lasts . This one is much heavier and more sturdy than the old one

While compatible with frame, no hardware is included. Using the screws from the original flap didn't work as the head was too small and the new flap would fall off. Several types of screws were tried, along with a washer/nut, but nothing has worked. As the return window has passed, we are unable to return the product and will have to purchase one directly from PetSafe with hardware.

It fit our pet smart dog door. Had to add some washers to the screws though as the holes on the flap were bigger than the original screw heads.
