Works pretty well. If you are buying for the vacuum part only, I would say its a good deal, however the mopping is not great!This is my first robotic vacuum so I do not have anything to compare it to. Had to direct it quite a few times in order to pick up things that it was leaving behind. There were certain areas it did not get at all. I had to put it back in those areas after it was done so it could clean those spots. Picked up dust and animal hair pretty well on the spots it did get around to. The mopping is what is really worth only two stars! I did what the instructions said to do and put the robot down to mop. It started mopping and it was one little streak worth of water. I thought maybe it needed a few minutes to warm up so I let it keep going, but it remained one little streak! I ended up taking the mop pad off, wetting the entire thing, and then putting it back on to see if that would help. Once the entire mop pad was wet, it was better. However, I had to direct it over areas two and three times with the remote to truly make it looked like it had been mopped. Overall, it was nice to be able to do other things and vacuum/mop with the controller, however, I definitely thought it would work a little better than it does...especially since it has such a high rating. I may try and more known name for my next vacuum and see if it is the brand that could use improvement or if all robotic vacuums are this way.Also, instructions are a bit vague and need some grammar work.Updated review from 3 starts to 2 because the vacuum still has not been able to find it's home after vacuuming. It gets lost and I have to redirect every time.

Thought it would be smaller. It takes more than a pass to pick up dirt particles. It has to be monitored at all times bc it does get stuck. At least one of my cats loves to chase it!

description is not very good, says "multi floor carpet cleaning" but then goes onto say don't use on carpet....... I have low pile carpet and it did not work on it at all. Tried the mopping option and all it did was drag the dirt around the floor. my floor was worse after letting this unit mop it than it was before. returning this and looking for something better.

My very first robot vacuum! This is the most useful invention for house cleaning. This is perfect for me! It is easy set up and use, clean like maid. Also very easy to maintain. After cleaning, the hairs can easily taken off of the rollers. A little pricey, but that’s like average for most robot vacuum, indeed this is a really cool product.

I have searched all over for a replacement battery, no one has one. Minibot USA, Inc. wont reply to my question about obtaining a replacement battery. I had the battery tested locally. The cells are fine but the circuit board is bad. I am not a happy customer.

CLOGS EASILY BUT OTHERWISE WORKS GOOD.

Did not work. Would run for a minute then shut off, bad battery or bad program would be my guess, but with no customer support hard to troubleshoot. Shame had to return.
