I got this product but 1 of the wraps wasn't in the package. Got the container but it was empty.

I love these!! The sizing is perfect. The burn slow. My favorite is the wood tip! But the other ones are great too!

Dried, crumbling and stuck together.
Our order arrives today we purchased multiple different flavors. Sadly when we opened our first tube we were not able to use the product because the wraps were dried out badly and stuck together. They would not pull apart. So onto the next tube, once again dried out and crumbling this time could pull apart. Third times a charm after the third one we were able to actually use the wrap. It is a good quality and incredibly tasty. We used the wonder berry which is awesome. So needless to say the product is good if it is usable.
