This multi-tasker softens, nourishes, deeply moisturizes, smooths & strengthens. IT'S FREE OF SULFATES, SILICONES, FRAGRANCE, DYES, DRYING ALCOHOLS, etc. MY OVER-PROCESSED HAIR RESPONDS WE'LL TO THE ABYSSINIAN OIL in this formulation. It's an ultra-light natural seed oil with a non-greasy feel that my dry hair easily absorbs.

THIS PRODUCT GAVE ME JUST WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY MAJOR FLY AWAY AND FRIZZY HAIR. THE FIRST TIME I OVERAPPLIED AND IT STILL LEFT MY HAIR SOFT AND BEAUTIFUL NOT STICKY OR CLUMPY OR FLAT LIKE SOME PRODUCTS DO. I STILL NEED ABOUT 1 TBS TO 1 1/2 TBS FOR MY HAIR BECAUSE MY SHOWER CONDITIONER DOESN'T ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ALL THE WAY. IT'S A BALANCING ACT. WITH THIS PRODUCT, I CAN DECIDE HOW MUCH TO PUT IN AFTER I TOWEL DRY MY HAIR. I WAS TOLD THAT LEAVE IN CONDITIONER DO NOT GENERALLY WORK WELL. THIS ONE DOES. YOU CAN ADD MORE IF YOU NEED TO AND NOT END UP RE WASHING YOUR HAIR. JUST DO A LITTLE TRIAL AND ERROR AND I BELIEVE YOU CAN HAVE BEAUTIFUL RESULTS LIKE I DO. I AM GLAD THIS "ELEPHANT"IS DRUNK! HA HA

I had to take some time to figure out how to make this product work well for my hair. I got this to use after getting the Silkamino conditioning mask which is an actual game-changing conditioner (see my review for that one as well). For best results in my hair, which is long, wavy, frizzy, color treated and dry, I first use the Silkamino conditioning mask in the shower. Then I apply a combing cream (Black Vanilla by Carol's Daughter), comb through with my fingers, and let it soak in in a microfiber towel. THEN after a few minutes, I take the towel off and apply this Silkamino leave-in milk, scrunching a bit at the ends to retain my waves. I then blow dry the front part of my hair to make sure my bangs don't dry funny and let the rest air dry as much as I can. This method worked well and the combo of the mask, combing cream, and leave-in milk helped my hair air-dry without too much frizz and nice soft waves. The smell of this milk isn't as nice as the conditioning hair mask, imo. Right out of the bottle, it sort of smells dull and flat, like cardboard. Luckily, the smell doesn't linger. Once it's in your hair, there isn't much scent at all, which I'm happy for, because fragrances usually do a number on my allergies. Overall, if you're choosing just one product to amp up your hair game, I'd recommend the Silkamino conditioning mask first. This milk isn't a must-have in my opinion but so far it's working all right for me with the method outlined above. I'll update if it becomes the sort of product I just can't live without. I love this stuff. I have thick, wavy hair and this stuff really helps cut down on frizz, and make it shine. It doesn't feel oily or anything. I use it in my hair when damp and when dry to help my natural curls and waves look more neat.

It's smooth and perfect for out of the shower. It has a nice smell and highly recommend it.

Wanted a detangler! Does not work!!!

My hair gets tangled easily, and this is a game changer!

Like the shampoo, both products are in a super hard plastic container that makes it very challenging to get any product out. The conditioner is mild and not very great. You need a LOT to condition long or thick hair. A real struggle overall and too expensive for the results.
