for it's price it's better than some of the leading brands, I got 5 bags there was no issue in one of them so far, I only took a star off because I think it could have been made with less sugar more sour and taste way better that way. I got most of these so I could feed some kids of friends that come visit us, and of course I had to try some.It's a bit sour, then sweet, tastes really nice for it's price range, again just wish it had less sugar per strip. 75g total, and 25g out of that is 13.5g sugar there's not a lot of fiber at 0.5g per 25g which means it is all sugar, and breaks a fasting phase easily, but is a really tasty sour treat.Just remember, my motto is, sugar in moderation and only after exercise! Everything else thats healthy adequate amounts per day. That means enough for your tailored macronutrients, depending on your goals if any.P.SOne thin slice is 5.4g

I personally needed to make my amazon purchase higher in order to get money off so I got these and they were tasty.
