I started this at my doctor's recommendation, to help my sleep and stabilize my mood during weight loss efforts. I wasn't sure it was doing much, so I stopped taking it when I ran out, only to immediately discover how much it HAD been doing for me, lol. I highly recommend this to other people now. ;) **Update** I'm halfway through my fifth pregnancy at the moment. I opted to stay on this supplement for the duration because I usually suffer from moderate pre and postpartum depression. It has been *so* helpful. I'd definitely recommend its use for when your ppd isn't severe enough for you to justify the use of prescription meds, but "by golly - you need to do SOMEthing". It's made just enough difference to keep me functional and reasonably close to "my usual self", without messing with anything too drastically.

Excellent quality. I use it for mood enhancement and it really works. If I stop taking it for a while I notice a difference within a week or so. I take one capsule every morning. I understand it is useful for sleep, too.
