I really like the way that Yellow Chims products are designed and made; each item has an attractive, sophisticated appearance. This bracelet is particularly great, but I am afraid I will lose it because of its flimsy lock. I attempted to get in touch with customer service, but they do not care once their product is sold and stop responding. Very bad service.
