Box says leave on for 30 min or more. Whats the maximum time this can be left on? Can it be used as a leave in treatment (for days)?

Yes absolutely. As this is a leave on lotion it can be left without washing for a day or 2 easily. Regular application will offer relief from that itchy sensation due to dry scalp. Once you stop the application the condition will relapse.

Can i use this with my hair oiled or after using this, can i oil my hair and then shampoo it

As it is water based , it won't work after oiling. So the right way is dove scalp serum then oiling. After half an hour 2 hours are better wash ur hair with shampoo
