Sturdy
Bought this for my front porch. It is sturdy and keeps out flies and other flying insects. My cats have clawed it twice now and no damage was observed. I like the dark color for added privacy without sacrificing the breeze and the view is not obstructed. Great product.

Tough stuff!
This is wonderful screen! Stands up to our wacky climbing cat with no problem. This is great if you have pets!

Love this screening! Very durable!
I've had this screening material installed for several years on my screened in porch and it's still holding strong! No fading, withstands the crazy squirrels climbing on the outside of my screened in porch and even with my dog trying to push thru the screen to get to the squirrels! LOL I would buy this again in a heartbeat! Worth every penny!

Sad cat, happy owner
Finally a screen that cat couldn't get through. Easy to install, did have to adjust size of spline since this material little thicker then regular screen. Well worth it. Used on window and screen door.

Sturdy!
So, cats have tried it out, scratching on the sliding glass doors screens that I replaced with this screening — and so far, their sharp kitty claws have not fazed or marred any, at all! This material is harder to work with than the softer, lighter stuff commonly used for screening & you must buy a larger diameter splining cord, but the resistance to abuse from cat/dog claws is outstanding and definitely worth the extra work to replace! Now, since it’s a heavy screening, that also means the views out the doors and windows where I replaced screening are a bit more occluded, but the screens are not ripped and shredded!I would definitely purchase again!

4 years and 5 Great Pyrs later - Screen is intact!
Best screen material ever and worth the price. We have six rescued Great Pyrs who have mastered the Pyr Paw. (Think over 500 pounds of pups who love to use their paws to "tap" the screen at the neighbor's cat, the random squirrel, or leaves blowing.) We have a floor to ceiling screened in porch and this material has withstood nearly 4 years of abuse without a tear, rip, or a need for tightening. I also like the fact that I can see out, feel the breeze coming in, but from a distance, other folks can't see inside the porch. Double win!

No more raccoons or slithering snakes!
I bought this claw resistant screen to add an extra level of security to my screened lanai. Not only to keep the cats IN for their safety, but to keep the alligators, coyotes, raccoons, poisonous toads and large slithering snakes OUT. Here in the Sunshine State, there’s no telling what wildlife will find it’s way into your home or pool. I replaced all of the screens on the lower 36” of the enclosure. This screen is heavy duty and won’t tear through, as I found out many months after installing the new screen. After dark the raccoons were playing tag on my roof and one of them even attempted acrobatics on the pool enclosure. It fell through the upper lighter weight screen and was not able to get out of the enclosure. The next morning I found a corner of a screen pushed open from the inside and several others loosened. I was impressed that there were absolutely no claw marks on any of my screens. This stuff really works and I highly recommend it to everyone. The only downside was that due to the heavier thickness of this screen, I had to experiment with smaller splines to get something to fit into the channels.By the way, Irma let some raccoons and one very long slithery snake in before the new screens went in. Not any more!

Screen repair service
Actually liked it but should not be folded and put in a bag definitely needs to be in a roll not a fold
