Is the Note pad a side loading or top loading? I am needing a side loading and they are hard to find.

Top loading. You slide the 81/2 x11 yellow pad(or whatever color) into the sleeve from the top. Then the front of this portfolio folds over. One prob for me is that you cant fold the front completely back. Awkward to write on the pad when its opened like a book. Beautiful color though! Got the pink roses/ English garden one.
