Bought for son for college. he loves it. Fast, responsive lots of storage for docs lessons etc. Would buy again.

Regret buying this laptop. It’s slow and I can’t upgrade it because the RAM is soldered to the motherboard.

Charging is a nightmare
I really did love this laptop, very quick, fab storage. Really wish it didn't have a usb-c charging point though. I've had to have it repaired 3 times and each time the problem comes back within 2-3 months. For the last 2 years it only charges in increasingly specific locations with the cable at a very specific angle which does make it impossible to use
