Slow speed and difficult to configure
Price is good for this printer but I found the printing speed is slow. I faced difficulties in setting and connecting with the WiFi. Overall, it is good for small range.

After use if one year and 2 months this is the condition. I purchased it in november 2023. From feb 2025 it started leaking gas. After three complaints, no resolution till date every 2-3 days the service centre guys call and give excuses. No service in bangalore city i cant image the condition in tier 2 or tier 3 city. I am not sure what is wrong with pigeon, but the customer care support executives are making excuses. They are just saying that rusting is not our problem and it is not covered under warranty. The Service Center people are saying that the rusting happened because we repaired the gas from outside. I don’t know what is the logic behind this, but worst service from pigeon. I do not recommend this product to anyone completely devastated since the last five months, there is no resolution of the complaint and they are not helping at all. in five months, I have Complaint four times and the service person has visited our home around 6 to 7 times. They come click the photos and go and WhatsApp the photos two days later then again two days later, they ask us to send the photos, and this is only that is happening. There is no resolution worst product ever everything is just rusted and breaking down and they are not helping us. They are not accepting that this is a manufacturing fault. They are saying that this is because of us. A gas stove is supposed to be near water. I don’t know how rusting is our problem. I have used ₹800 Surya gas and they are far better than this. they don’t rust even after 15 years, horrible product from pigeon, please, avoid. Update: They denied service completely. This is waste.

One of the burner stopped workimg properly within 1 day of use. There is also a lot of soot deposit on the burner stand after just 1 use.

Item is good, just small confusion, as i request for replace the product as it had some defects, the replaced product is not having product model name (as in the first one model name was printed (Aster) , but second one doesn't). Is it the same model or different don't know but carton box having print as Aster cooktop..

Stove is ok. One of the vessel stand is broken. Please see the photo sent. Send me the spare stand. Hope u will do the needful. Regards
